Divya Dutta is known to be a peacenik but while shooting for U, Me Aur Hum the talented actress got so carried away with her scene that she just couldn't stop beating up co-star Sumeet Raghavan.

Says Divya laughingly, "Sumeet and I play a couple who are unhappily married. People will love the chemistry between us as there is a lot of namak and masala in our relationship. In a particular song I was to jump on Sumeet and pull his hair in frenzy. Ajay told me to start fighting with him and then beat him up."

She adds, "Sumeet was very sweet about it. It was all in fun but when I sat on his back and pulled his hair, I got a little physical with him. I got so carried away in the act, that Karan and Ajay had to forcibly lift me up and carry me away. I just wouldn't let go of Sumeet. It's one of the highlights of the film."
Divya is all praise for Ajay, the director.

"It's a refreshing film dealing with relationships differently. Sushma Swaraj loved the film but I got my best compliment from Kajol when she told me I was her favorite actress. I'm very proud of Ajay and the way he's directed the film.

When I saw it last week I was overwhelmed. Ajay has always been known to have a good eye for direction but in UMAH, he has shown a good balance of being sensitive and technically savvy. UMAH will make you laugh and cry."
